The Louisiana Land Bank Association is a member-owned cooperative which, in connection with the Farm Credit Bank of Texas, provides long-term credit and credit-related services to, or for the benefit of, eligible borrowers/stockholders (farmers, ranchers, rural home/land owners, and certain farm-related businesses) for qualified agricultural purposes including purchases and refinancing of rural land throughout Louisiana and portions of Arkansas and Texas.
